- Small letters ( stickers)
- Paint
- Pom Poms
- Thick Blue ribbon or construction paper
Instructions: Paint the plate yellow and place the letters saying Best Dad Award or Number One Dad. Glue on the pom poms and the blue ribbon.
2. #1 Dad Paper Plate Trophy Craft

Materials:
Instructions: Cut the paper plate in half. Color the plate yellow. After it dries, use a piece of the second half, cut a strip and use it for the bottom stand. Cut a star out of blue construction paper and glue it in the middle. Label #1 dad on the bottom.

Cut out a long piece of red construction paper and write “Hoppy Father’s Day.” Glue that onto the inside of the plate to make the tongue.

- Markers
- Drawing/ cut out of a dad by coloringprintables.net
Instructions:
Cut the plate in half. Take a large yellow marker and color the inside of the plate. Take different color markers and make a pattern around the bottom of the plate. Write on the yellow Dad, You Rock! Find a picture of a father/man or use the one I have provided for you. Or you can always make your own. Color it and glue on top of the plate. Now it can rock back and forth to show dad how he rocks!
6. Fathers Day Grill Paper Plate Craft

Instructions:
Cut a plate in half, color it black or blue for the grill. Draw your hand or use a hand stencil on red and orange paper for the flames. Glue the hands behind the top of the plate so they are both showing and look like flames. Hot glue 2 popsicle sticks to the bottom like an X. Use a gray piece of construction paper to make a spatula and place on the grill. Use glitter for the flames. You can also write Happy Father’s Day or something of your liking on the grill.

Instructions:
On a plate write I love my daddy because… Write 3 things that you love about your dad. Take orange paint and cover the 3 things with orange circles. Have dad use a coin to scratch off the orange paint and read them.

Punch 2 holes on top of the plate. Cut out a blue circle with construction paper that fits the middle of the plate. Make a saw with brown and black construction paper. Write with a black sharpie Best Dad I Ever Saw!
9. Space Ship Father’s Day Craft

Materials:

- White paper
- Large and small gems
- Orange paint
- Large and medium pom poms
- Pipe cleaners
- Hot glue gun
- Black marker
- Googly eyes
Instructions:
Paint both sides of the paper plate orange. Let it dry. Fold it in half and cut the middle of one side. Do not cut out completely as you want to keep it attached to make the flap for the top of the space ship. Use a pice of white paper and cut into the same Shape as the top of the plate. Trace with black marker on the outside and write Dad, you’re out of this world. Another option is to have the words printed and you can glue on. Hot glue large gems on the bottom of the top flap, and small gems on the top. Use the pipe cleaner to make an alien. You will need 3. Twist 2 together to make a body and have the antennas coming out of the top. Twist another one across the middle to make the arms. Legs are not necessary but of course you may add if you’s like to. Hot glue on the medium sized green pom pom for the face. And the larger green pom pom for the body. Googly eyes on the head. Place inside the space ship!
10.Rocket Ship Father’s Day Paper Plate Craft

Instructions:
Cool the plate gray. If you do not have gray you can mix black and white together. Fold a yellow piece of construction paper in half and trace child’s foot on the side that folds. This is going to open into a card. Cut out the foot so it opens on the folded side. Cut 3 circles out of red paper and glue onto the foot. Glue the foot upside down so that the toes are on the bottom. Cut out a red triangle and glue onto the top. Also 2 beige or brown triangles for the wings of the rocket ship. Take some strips of brown and red paper and curl with a scissor then glue on bottom of ship.
